Wash Care Instructions – Crepe Silk Saree

To preserve the beauty, texture, and longevity of your crepe silk saree, please follow these care guidelines:

1. Dry Clean Only
   • Recommended for the first few washes or always, to maintain color, texture, and fabric quality. Avoid Machine Wash, machine washing can damage the delicate silk fibers and the crepe texture.
   • Always fold and store the saree neatly. Avoid hanging for long periods to prevent fabric stretching. Use muslin or cotton bags to wrap the saree to allow the fabric to breathe. Avoid plastic covers for long-term storage.
   • Use a low-heat or silk setting on your iron. Always iron on the reverse side or place a cotton cloth between the saree and iron.Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
   • Avoid Perfumes and Deodorants Directly on Fabric these can cause stains or discoloration.
   • Water can leave marks or rings on silk. Blot gently if spilled, but avoid rubbing

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

1. Only size exchange will be applicable with same or higher value of any product during sale.
2. Pre-draped sarees are non-returnable and nonexchangeable.
3. Items will be considered for refund/exchange only if its unused, unaltered and with all tags still attached.
4. Returns that are seen damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
5. Please mail or inform our customer care department in the event of any products are delivered without tags.
6. Return and exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order
7. Condition of products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
8. Complaints regarding defective or incorrect products and incomplete orders should be raised within 48 hours of receiving the products.
9. Products package opening video and image highlighting your concern.
