Viscose Organza Saree — Wash Care Instructions

1. Dry Clean Preferred (Best Option)

• Viscose organza is delicate and prone to texture change when washed in water.

• Dry cleaning preserves the fabric sheen, body, and embroidery.

2. Gentle Hand Wash (If Necessary)

• Use cold water only.

• Add a mild liquid detergent (no bleach, harsh chemicals, or fabric softener).

• Do not rub or wring the fabric — gently dip and lift.

3. Drying

• Do not squeeze or twist.

• Air dry in shade on a flat surface or hang on a padded hanger.

• Avoid direct sunlight as it may fade colors and weaken fibers.

4. Ironing

• Use steam ironing at low heat.

• Place a thin cotton cloth over the saree (pressing cloth) while ironing.

• Avoid direct heat on embroidery or borders.

5. Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place.

• Do not fold sharply — keep lightly folded or rolled.

• Wrap in muslin or cotton cloth to prevent fabric snag and maintain breathability.

• Avoid hanging heavy embroidered pallu for long periods (may stretch the fabric).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

1. Only size exchange will be applicable with same or higher value of any product during sale.
2. Pre-draped sarees are non-returnable and nonexchangeable.
3. Items will be considered for refund/exchange only if its unused, unaltered and with all tags still attached.
4. Returns that are seen damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
5. Please mail or inform our customer care department in the event of any products are delivered without tags.
6. Return and exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order
7. Condition of products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
8. Complaints regarding defective or incorrect products and incomplete orders should be raised within 48 hours of receiving the products.
9. Products package opening video and image highlighting your concern.
