• Sarees with fall/pico, blouse stitching, custom fitting, or any alterations are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or stitched products
• Sale/discounted items
• Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
• Accessories (if included with the product)

3. Return Process

1. Raise a return request by contacting IMISSU support with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide pickup instructions or a return address.
3. After we receive the product, it undergoes quality inspection.
4. Once approved, we will initiate your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process

• Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days after the product clears quality check.
• Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment or as IMISSU store credit—based on customer preference.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or size-related issues, subject to stock availability.
