āœ… Returns Accepted Only for Size Issues:
We accept returns only if there is a size issue and the return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

āœ… Conditions for Return:

A packet opening video is mandatory. Please ensure to record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the package.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.

The policy applies to Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ clothing categories.

āŒ Returns will not be accepted if:

The product shows signs of use or wear.

The return request is initiated after 7 days.

The packet opening video is not provided.

After verification, weā€™ll guide you through the return process.

Note:

No returns will be accepted without the packet opening video.

We do not accept returns for reasons other than size issues.

Refund Process :

  • Refund will be processed within 3ā€“7 business days after the product clears quality check.
  • Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment or as IMISSU store creditā€”based on customer preference.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Ā Exchange Policy :

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or size-related issues, subject to stock availability.

Ā Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product :

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24ā€“48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Order Cancellation :

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.
  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
